Ever wonder why it seems so hard to lose weight and so easy to gain it back? Well, I’m going to let you in on the secret to losing weight—-and maintaining that weight loss.
It’s all about toxins. Toxins? What are toxins?
They are all around us – in the air that we breathe, the water that we drink and the food that we eat. If we don’t rid our bodies of these toxins, our bodies try to protect us by engulfing the toxins in our fat cells.
Take a look at this graph. Imagine each tiny dot is a toxin. As we attempt to lose weight the “old-fashioned” way, our bodies try to protect us and hold onto the fat cells. This leads to a very pain-staking way to lose weight and even more painful rebounding to the weight that we lost. Usually, we gain back even more than what we may have initially lost.
So the secret?
Detox – yes, we need to rid our bodies of these harmful toxins.
How do we do this?
First, Hydrate. We need to hydrate our cells so that our cells can flush out the toxins.
Best water to hydrate = i-H20 – 400 x faster to get into cell than regular water. (reason – the water molecules are in a single file, not a cluster, so they enter the cell much faster). Remember to drink at least ½ of your body weight in ounces of water- even more, if you’re exercising.
Second, Cleanse: We need to cleanse our cells using proper hydration to clear the toxins from our bodies – through the liver, kidneys and gi tract.
Third: Replace nutrients . We need nutrients to feed our cells and function at their best.
So now you know!
• The key to weight loss = release of toxins.
• The key to maintenance of weight loss = continued (daily) release of toxins.
